Gregg Wallace has become the latest celebrity to share their workout routine with fans, in an attempt to keep fit during quarantine.

The Masterchef star is currently holed up at home in self-isolation with his family amid the UKs coronavirus lockdown.

Refusing to let the quarantine ruin all his hard work in losing weight in recent years, Gregg has enlisted his personal trainer to provide him with a workout routine he can follow over the next week.

And lets just say, Joe Wicks might be given a run for his money.

In his latest Instagram stories, Gregg gives his followers a teaser of the fitness regime including the bear crawl, in which you get on the floor on all fours and walk back and forth.

Theres no gyms right? That doesnt matter, Gregg stated.

My PT Danny has sent me a five day program. A whole body program, doesnt require any equipment and Im going to start today. Ill let you know how I get on.

He added: You want to burn off some calories, Im going to show off bear crawls.

To be fair, Gregg did a pretty good job but fans will have to see how he does by the end of the week.

The TV chef later settled down with his family to enjoy to a dinner of lamb shanks drizzled in red wine.

Gregg, 55, vowed to shed some pounds in 2017 after weighing 60 pounds and went through an incredible transformation before revealing his newly toned body last year.

Revealing how he maintains the weight loss, Gregg recently told Radio Times: I might have a chocolate bar on the go for energy. I always eat breakfast as Ive just come out of gym and Im ravenous for protein.

I have boiled eggs, brown bread with chicken sausages or smoked fish on Ryvita with horseradish.

However, he did admit: I used to eat dinner after a filming day. Not now.
