NOW IM DOWN TO 180. >> WEBER SAYS THE BIRTH OF HIS SON INSPIRED HIM TO GET FIT. >> I WANT TO BE ABLE TO BE MORE ACTIVE SO I COULD PLAY WITH MY SON. >> SO HE SET GRADUAL WEIGHT LOSS GOALS. >> IM GOING TO TRY AND GET DOW TO 350. I GOT TO 350 AND SEE IF I CAN GET DOWN TO 300. >> HE DID THIS BY TRACKING WHAT HE ATE. >> YOU DONT HAVE TO GIVE UP FOOD THAT YOU ENJOY. >> COOKING AT HOME AND EXERCISING ON THIS RECUMBENT BIKE. >> AT FIRST IT WAS IM GOING TO DO 15 MINUTES SO I WOULD BIK FOR 15 MINUTES, AND THAT 15 MINUTES TURNED INTO A HALF AN HOUR. >> HE TALKS ABOUT HIS JOURNEY AND SHARES COOKING RECIPES ON HIS INSTAGRAM PAGE CROW MOON KITCHEN. >> WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO ANYONE MAKING A NEW YEARS RESOLUTION TODAY? >> YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT IS IT SUSTAINABLE.
