I've had a hard time with food for a while, I used to eat very little at some point and I've also had troubles with binge-eating.
I'm 130-140 lbs at 5'7" right now, and I'm almost 17. I'm not saying I'm fat or anything, but I'd really like to lose a few pounds because I don't feel comfortable with my weight (especially since it's nearly all in my thighs!) I'm a total carb addict so I have nearly 10 lbs of water weight which comes off in a few days if I stop eating them.. however I can't find a way to lower the amount since the only carbs I consume come from bread. I'm part-vegetarian (pesce-pollo) so my parents have pretty much given up on trying to prepare meals for me, so I turn to bread.
Are there any easy to make, vegetarian safe (I do eat fish and chicken) meals that you all can suggest? Also is it enough if, for exercise, I do stretches every day and crunches/squats/lunges every other day? I have 1 1/2 hrs of gym at school each week too. Are there any other tips to lose weight?
