Changing the face of mens health is all in a days work for the Holcim Sydney Concrete team, members of which spent November cultivating their moustaches and raising vital funds as part of the global fundraiser Movember.

With an ambitious target of $2,000, the Mo Bros dug deep and with the support of work colleagues, friends and families hit it out of the park by raising more than $4,200 for the charity.

We have been participating in Movember for a few years now, said Holcim Plant Manager Artarmon, Ben Aboushadi.

It started with a couple of the Artarmon Plant team members and has grown to become the Sydney Concrete team, he said.

Although some mos were more visible than others, the fundraising efforts by every team member and the generosity of our supporters meant that this years Movember campaign was a huge success.

All funds raised will go towards mens mental health and suicide prevention services, as well as research for prostate and other cancers.

The Holcim Sydney Concrete team included Hermis Salarda, Ben Aboushadi, Aria Abedinnezhad, Stuart Kinsella, Joshua Scott, Mitchell Rogers, Dean Pickering and Dan Tyler.
