I was. This picture here, that was me in January, 2009. Ive been fat since 1980, when I graduated high school. My weight crept from 135 at age 18, to over 200 lbs after having my daughter in 1992. Ive been over 200 since then. I had low self-esteem, low libido, and hated getting my picture taken. In October 2008, I stumbled over a description of the hCG diet developed by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons. I spent the next couple months researching, not daring to believe that I might have *FINALLY* found a solution that would allow me to actually lose and keep the weight off. In January 2009, I decided that it was ENOUGH!! And I embarked on my first round of this amazing and almost magical prescription that if followed, will CURE you of obesity! Diets didnt work for me. When I finally realized that obesity is a mental and physical disease brought on by poor nutrition thinking and a messed up hypothalumus, and that a medical prescription of eating correctly and re-thinking my eating habits, along with a small dose of hCG could actually remove that fat once and for all!
