For Marvels Thor: Ragnarok, which hits theaters on November 3, 2017, Zocchi has Hemsworth doing a lot of heavy weightlifting for an hour a day, six days a week. His workouts also include boxing, pullups, and both medicine ball throws and bear crawls while harnessed to resistance bungees. Hell usually finish off with heavy weights or battle rope exercises.

Back in July, Hemsworth told Mens Health that he has added flexibility and functional training into his routine.

Bulk is nice, but being more agile is definitely important, he said. Ill do a ton of boxing or Muay Thai workouts. I surf a ton and I do a lot of yoga, too.
